I love my job, more and more everyday! Let me walk you through the typical day at my job (which is actually no more than one hour). I show up wearing anything I want, casually eat some food such as crackers and fruit. Then we proceed to laugh and talk about food for 30 minutes. The whole time I'm thinking, "How am I getting payed for this? Is this actually a job? This can't be happening. My job is so surreal!"To me, this is one of those jobs that you always hear about but you don't actually believe that they exist. Its more of just a myth or urban legend. For example, I'm sure there is someone out there that gets payed to just play with toys all day. Or, gets payed to watch TV. Those jobs might or might not exist but the point is, will you ever get to meet someone with that job?
Do any of you know someone that has an absurd job like mine? I would be interested in hearing about it.

i happen to know someone with one of those 'urban legend' type of jobs... he does lots of focus groups for gaming companies. i mean, play a video game for a few weeks, which he gets paid for, then go in and get paid for talking about what you liked/disliked... i envy his job so much!!!

Well I'll be doing a lot of training and we just haven't gotten to the cheese testing yet.
Holy crap! Your friend has a much better job than mine! Of course, it all depends on the game that you are forced to play. I would rather eat cheese than play Hello Kitty 360.

well, he's forced to play mostly shooters... which he loves to death.
i don't know... i'd rather play hello kitty 360 than eat cheese :P
